My favorite Season!!!!!!!!!

Mmm.. my favorite season has been always the summer, I love this season because I can go anywhere I want during  all the day, without thinking about wraping my body like in  winter, because in summer both the day and the night are hot,  and that is a thing that I love a lot  about the summer . I am in love of the summer nights, I think that in the night all is in silence, all is in peace, all is perfect and for me is perfect for write something, or for relax and think in many things that during the day is impossible to think product of the noise or things like that, and also for that reason I like very much to study in the night , because I focus more in that. In addition I love the summer´s nights because they are very warm. Other season that I love is autumn, because the leaves falling from the trees reflect for me a great calm, and I like a lot these days to go for a walk and at the same time talk with someone.

The article that I have read, talks about some new reforms in the education, which will involve the foreign languages area and the science learning study about nature, with the end of improve the education motivating children to learn about specific areas in a more effective way.

The new reform said that children have to learn a foreign language as soon as possible and since the age of seven onwards in a compulsory way. And that is due to a dramatic decline got form The General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE), for that reason it reform also require that student have to be able to speak in sentences with a clear pronunciation, and also they have to be able to express ideas clearly in another language, that can include Mandarin, Latin or Greek. Also one of the strategies to achieve this purpose is teach the different languages through poems, songs, etc. .And in the case of the English language, children will have to learn a list of words and learn how to spell them.

By the other hand, in the science´s area, it will hope that schools have a less emphasis on teaching scientific method, and focuses using the natural habitat around schools, learning basically Biology through the study of the ground, and the development of the trees. Also it require that children won´t focus in doing experiments, because it want to achieve that children will focuses mainly in observe their surroundings and learn how scientists have classified the nature.

Since I was five, I remember that I liked a lot Tom and Jerry, and that cartoon was my favorite, and I enjoyed very much every time that I saw it and also my family did not liked it, because every time that they wanted to watch news or something like that in TV, they could not do it, because I broke in tears if someone changed the T V. jaja… Back to the subject, my favorite character was Jerry, because although Tom wanted to catch him, Jerry always looked for ways to escape, and for me that was the best, because I was very naughty also, and for that reason I identified a lot with Jerry. By the way, for me, it is the best cartoon that I have seen ever, because nowadays I still enjoyed it…

In addition, when I was six, all the children of my childhood wanted to have TV cable to watch new channels and football, etc. But I only wanted it to watch Tom and Jerry Xd, and the first time that I had it, I could not make anything without watch my favorite cartoon jaja..And the first time that I had it, I cannot stop to watch the cartoon network channel … It was the best thing that could happen to me.

    

Samsung  galaxy

I do not really like technology, that  is not one of my favorites themes for speaking or something like that, since I knew the Tablets, my point of view in relation to technology changed completely, and  my favorite piece of technology  is the Tablet  above (Samsung galaxy S).. It is incredible because there are many things that you can do with this kind of stuff, it has many applications and one of my favorites are download  games and  one of my favorites is called “Angry birds” that’s is pretty cool!!!!!!!! I love this game. Also the sound that it can play is awesome!! I could be all the day listen music, this stuff is a marvel.

Other thing that I love to do in the Tablet is download English application to study, and that has change my life, because for me is easier than three months before to learn English, also that has a high quality of image, and the frame per second that it has in relation to the video camera is great, so these are the reasons why I love this kind of thing…. XD

Travel to a foreign country

 

Well, since I was a child I always wanted to visit E.E.U.U and go to visit Disney World and meet with Pluto, Miki mouse and with all Disney´s characters, so that was my dream. And when I was a teen, the only one thing that I wanted, it was to learn speak in English and also travel through the whole world, and know different places and cultures and also different kinds of people and  meet with the nature, so I like very much the green environment, and for that reason one of my dreams also is before to travel to E.E.U.U.  to visit Rio De Janeiro and look at the wonderful things that there are there, like the incredible statutes, feel the free environment and joy the exotic food and the beautiful seas, the fresh air, and look this city in the night of course. So that is one of my dreams about travel to another country, and also I would like to live there for a long time. And by the way my best dream now is to travel to different countries  like a missionary with my girlfriend to different countries giving to the people the gospel and change the life of many people.

Mythology

When I was fourteen years old, I played a card game called: "Myths and legends", so with that card game I learned a lot about mythology, and I liked it  because it was a very interesting game, because it required a lot of speed and mental skills. In addition, one of my favorites cards was "Thor", because he was one of the strongest and the most expensive cards XD, so the Thor´s mythology said that it was well known by the Nordic Germanics like the thunder´s god and people believed in this god like if he was real and also people spoke about its exploits, because it was well known not only for being a god, because people also thought that it had influence in many different areas such as weather, crops, protection, consecration, justice, the fights, travel and battles. So also he was venerated by the Vikings and they had very much faith in him, because people thought that Thor was their protector and gave the power to them at the moment to fight. This character is also known because he wear a kind of armor with a very singular helmet, a red layer and a hammer that make him like a very famous character nowadays.

　

　

"Working for the man"

When I was fifteen, I lived in a neighborhood and in front of my house there was a small square and every day in the morning a very kind old man cleaned it, and I all wanted to do was to be like him, because I thought the job when I am going to be an adult would be very near of my home jaja…So when I was growing my plans were changing also and before I studied English pedagogy, I wanted to study psychology, but for some reason now I am here XD. In addition I like this language very much and also I want to speak it perfectly and one of my dreams is travel to different countries and know different kind of people and cultures and to teach English in my country of course, but not my whole life, because I do not want to be a teacher my whole life. By the way, one of my expectations is to do classes, but in a private way, but working enough time like taking a rest every day of my life jaja...also  I would like it very much to travel to England and learn to speak English like a native person and someday maybe clean some square :D

The Simpsons

There is a tv show that I like very much and also is very known… "The Simpsons" eee!! This is my favorite tv show an also every time that I see it I can not stop laughing. This tv show is about a particular family, which is composed for five people: A mother, a father and their three sons who have a very funny way to live life and also their way to live and to be is very different between them.

I remember since I was a child this tv show was transmitted by television, and I hated very much it, I didn´t like it, because it was not funny for me, and I wandered: How people can laugh with that? Jaja but nowadays "the Simpsons" is far my favorite tv show that I have ever seen and my favorite character is "Homer Simpson", he is very funny and freak. This tv show make me feel very happy and I like very much because it is outside the common and we can see that in small details like the skin color of them. Is for that reason that it is my favorite tv show and I like very much.

Movie

Well, I remember when I was sixteen years old; I saw for first time a movie called: “The butterfly effect”, and already liked so much and it is the best movie that I have seen ever.

The movie is a very odd one, because through the movie many things happen mysteriously. So the movie is about a singular story between two people (A boy and a girl) who are involved in many situations where one of them always results injured, psychologically and physically. In fact the movie try to said that life is as sensible as a butterfly, because with just take a decision or to do something we can change the people`s future in many ways.

In fact the boy try to save the beloved`s life, and the only way to do it, is avoid to know her…. T.T

It`s a terrible movie!!!! Every time that I watch it, I can not avoid to break in tears jaja… but is my favorite one and it never get bore me…by the way I recommend that you see it. XD.

Culture clash

First of all, I do not know what is a culture clash and I have never hear this term, but the dictionary said that clash is a crash or a type of encounter, so I think that culture clash is like different kind of cultures are in a same place, for example an Indian and a city person living in the same neighborhood, they  live together but they have different behaviors, and  We could see clearly the difference between them, because their forms to live is completely different, so we could say that in a clash culture we can find also disagreement, disputes, and others bad things product of the people’s difference in relation of their culture.

Besides I find a photography that shows a black person and a Nazi person, and it cause me surprise because I cannot understand how people hate each other just because their skin color,  and why the man can hit him in a brutally way. Also we can watch that the man is even capable of killing him, that is horrible and this kind of things should not be happening and less nowadays. Is incredible when we think to what human could do in their nature or “our nature”, is incredible how the human can get to killing someone just for the way of think, the way of wear or just for the color skin that someone have, I think it is an illness.

Music means to me...

Music means to me....

Well first of all, I started to like music since I have memory, and when I was  a child,  I always listened and danced every song that playing on the radio jaja....well during the time I  proved many differents styles of music like; romantic music, hip hop, metal, etc.. and also that affected my style to wear clothes xD, but I never felt good with some style in particular, because I  was always changing the style of music that I listened.

Well I love very much music. Music makes me feel happy, in calm and it makes me think in only one thing. In addition when I must do something like a university assigment, or when I am alone, or when I am traveling on a bus in the morning and everywhere I go, I am always listening music. Also music makes me remember and makes me travel to different moments of my life and that is one of the most important reasons why I love music. In a few words music is very important in my life, and one of my favourite band of music is "Jesus culture", and it is "Gospel music ".

I remember one day that I was looking for some music on internet and suddenly I found this music band and I already love it. and the first song that I listened is called: "Your love never fails" and is one of my favourites xD.

Raising Bilingual Children

I found this article and I thought that it was very interesting, because it shows many advantages that a child can get at the moment to begin to learn a new language, and the article said for children it is easier to learn a new language, to become bilingual or to learn more than one language. Besides the article said that the advantages to learn more than one language are: to acquire or develop good listening skills, connecting easier with others, anyway. I think that children are like sponges and they have their minds fresher  and they are apt to learn many things because they also have a very good memory and is for that reason that we have to teach people more than one language when we are children.

I think that one of the most important advantages of speaking more than one language is when we become adults we will communicate with people from different countries, and that can bring many oportunities in our life like getting better oportunities of work and it will give us a better quality of life in the future.
I know a boy  who was born in England and he  speaks three languages (English, Spanish and French) and when he speaks in one of them, people can not note the diference if he is French, Chilean or English, because he dominates and can speak very well the three languages in a perfect way, like his mother tongue that is Spanish and he explained to me that it is possible because he was taught to speak different languages when he was a child.

Writing:

- I like so much to write, because I can learn faster different languajes in relation to gramatic and develop many areas in my own languaje like write and speak, and also I like to write in english and in the beggining for my was very dificult in the last year, because I had many errors with the gramatic, and other problem that I have sometimes is that I forget the words of each phrase, because the pronuntiation is very different at the moment to write. But now I hope to learn more and practice more t6han the last year. by the other hand I had never writen an essay in my other tongue and never in english, but if I have to write one, I think that it could be a quite dificult to me, but not impossible and I have many expectatives in this course and one of them is learn to write in a perfect way the english languaje.
